Educate the House and Senate and the Department of Homeland Security on cybersecurity threats to federal government, state and local government, and critical infrastructure networks; advocate for funding to support cyber resilience in FY2026 Homeland Security Appropriations Legislation (H.R.4213) and FY2026 Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Legislation (H.R.5166).
Educate the House and Senate and executive branch agencies including the Department of Commerce, the Department of Homeland Security, and the EOP / Office of the National Cyber Director on cybersecurity considerations for federal IT network security, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing; and advocate before Congress for clear definitions, the consideration of cyber resilience and data security, and risk-based AI policy considerations in pending legislation.
Educate the House and State Department on global cybersecurity threats; advocate for bolstering State Department cyber threat intelligence sharing and cyber capacity building efforts.
