Advocated for the "inclusion" of certain power and distribution transformers as derivative products covered by steel Section 232 tariffs. Supported Section 301 investigation into acts, policies, and practices of various economies relating to structural excess capacity and production in manufacturing sectors. Advocated for strengthened rules of origin for steel-containing products and additional anti-circumvention measures in relation to the 2026 review of the United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement (USMCA)

Lobbied in response to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Integrated Iron & Steel Risk and Technology Review, EPA's Taconite Iron Ore Processing Source Category rule, EPA's National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Coke Ovens, and EPA's National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Lime Manufacturing Plants Technology Review. Lobbied in support of Clean Air Act (CAA) Reform Legislation: H.R. 4218, the Clean Air and Economic Advancement Reform (CLEAR) Act, to allow technological and economic feasibility factors to be used by EPA for air quality standard decisions, as well as to extend the NAAQS review cycle from five years to 10 years. H.R.6387, the Fire Improvement and Reforming Exceptional Events (FIRE) Act, to appropriately permit air emissions resulting from exceptional events to be excluded from the NAAQS attainment designations. H.R.6409, the Foreign Emissions and Nonattainment Clarification for Economic Stability (FENCES) Act, to similarly clarify that emissions emanating from outside of the U.S. can be excluded from designation decisions. H.R.4214, the Clean Air and Building Infrastructure Improvement Act, to amend the CAA to ensure regulated facilities have EPAs full implementation guidance prior to having to meet final NAAQS standards. H.R.161, the New Source Review Permitting Improvement Act, to clarify that modifications to existing facilities trigger New Source Review (NSR) permitting requirements only when the sources maximum achievable hourly emission rate is increased.

Advocated for the maintenance of and amendments to funding awards issued under the U.S. Department of Energy's Industrial Demonstrations Program supporting investments at Cleveland-Cliffs' Butler Works and Middletown Works steel mills.

Lobbied in support of the SHIPS for America Act - S.1541/H.R. 3151 Great Lakes Appropriations - Support for funding of Great Lakes icebreaking operations and fleet modernization, including acquisition of an additional Great Lakes heavy icebreaker.

Opposition to anti-Buy America provisions in The Housing for the 21st Century Act (H.R. 6644) in both the House and Senate. Support for applying strong Buy America policies to the upcoming surface transportation reauthorization bill.
