Supported 100 percent bonus depreciations inclusion in the reconciliation package and the ALIGN Act (S. 187/H.R. 574). Supported the Death Tax Repeal Act (S. 587/HR 1301) to permanently repeal the federal estate tax. Urged Congress to pass an EV Fee to assist in funding infrastructure investment in roads and highways. Educated lawmakers about the importance of passing a timely surface transportation reauthorization bill.

Educated Congress about the impact of tariffs on the equipment industry. Advocated for the rollback of Sec. 232 and Sec. 301 tariffs.

Opposed the Richard L. Trumka Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act (H.R. 20, S. 567). Advocated for the Department of Labor to delay its final overtime rule to allow for judicial review.
