Oppose cuts to earned federal retirement and health benefits via the budget reconciliation process, including by opposing H.Con.Res.14. Support the Equal COLA Act, H.R.491/S.624, to provide full cost-of-living adjustments (matching the change in the consumer price index) for federal retirees covered by the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS).

Oppose large-scale reductions in the federal workforce, urging Congress to take action to oppose publicly, support appropriations riders to block actions. Support adequate staffing levels for government agencies, and executive branch action consistent with congressional directives.
