H.R. 1295 - Reorganizing Government Act of 2025, opposing the legislation

H.Con.Res.14/ S Con. Res 7 - Establishing the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2025 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2026 through 2034, opposing instructions in the resolutions that provide for reducing clean energy tax incentives, reducing the resources for forest and farmland protections, as well as climate change and environmental justice grants. S.J.Res.39 - A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Internal Revenue Service relating to "Section 45Y Clean Electricity Production Credit and Section 48E Clean Electricity Investment Credit, opposing the resolution in its entirety. HR 1, The One Big Beautiful Bill Act, opposing the legislation in its entirety, including provisions that repeal clean energy tax credits, sell public lands, and limit judicial review of environmental permitting.

H.J.Res.35/ S.J. Res. 12 - Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Waste Emissions Charge for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems: Procedures for Facilitating Compliance, Including Netting and Exemptions, opposing the resolution in its entirety H.R.1938 - Department of Defense PFAS Discharge Prevention Act, supporting the legislation.

HR 471 - Fix Our Forests Act, opposing the legislation, in particular those parts that reduce public notice and comment opportunities and seek to limit judicial review HR 1897 - ESA Amendments Act, opposing the legislation in its entirety as weakening endangered species protections. HR 717 - Wildlife Movement Through Partnerships Act, supporting the legislation in its entirety. HR 1612 - Flatside Wilderness Additions Act, supporting the inclusion of new Wilderness designations in Arkansas.
