H.R. 4170 - Bridge Corrosion Prevention and Repair Act of 2025, a bill to require states to implement a corrosion management system that utilizes industry-recognized standards and corrosion mitigation and prevention methods for bridge construction, repair, and maintenance projects that receive federal assistance; and to ensure that certain aspects of bridge projects are carried out by certified contractors that provide appropriate training for their employees.

Trumka Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2025, a bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to facilitate union organizing and to protect the right of workers to form and join a union. H.R.2550 - Protect America's Workforce Act - a bill to ensure President Trumps March 27, 2025 Executive Order on Exclusions from Federal Labor-Management Relations Programs shall have no force or effect and that no Federal funds may be obligated or expended to carry out such Executive order.
