Urged the Senate to oppose the confirmation of Stephen Vaden for USDA Deputy Secretary. Urged the Senate to oppose the confirmation of Michael Boren nomination to USDA Under Secretary of Natural Resources and the Environment. Urged Congress to oppose directives to accelerate commercial logging and to support the Roadless Area Conservation Act (RACA). Urged the House to oppose H.R. 178, a bill related to wildfire suppression and management activities carried out by the Forest Service. Shared concerns with the Senate that S.1462, the Fix Our Forests Act, would limit environmental review and reduce opportunities for public input and judicial review.

Urged the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to not retire the disaster database. Opposed EPA Administrator Lee Zeldins Polluter First Agenda, which aims to rollback protections against pollution that safeguard our clean air, water, and climate. Opposed the Energy & Commerce Committees piece of the H.R. 1, One Big Beautiful Bill package. Urged Congress to support funding for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in FY26 Appropriations.

Res. 88; H.J. Res. 89, S.J. Res. 45, S.J. Res. 46, and S.J. Res. 47, that aim to eliminate the Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC II), Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT), and Heavy-Duty Omnibus (HDO). Urged the House to oppose H.R. 3898, the Promoting Efficient Review for Modern Infrastructure Today (PERMIT) Act, which undermines clean water protections.

This amendment would put health care access at risk for citizens and other individuals who are eligible for Medicaid but do not have their citizenship/immigration documents immediately available by eliminating the existing 90-day period for Medicaid coverage while individuals prove their status.

Urged Congress to oppose a bill known in the 118th Congress as H.R. 9495, the Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act, which includes the text of H.R. 6408 and thus would allow political appointees to baselessly accuse civil society organizations of supporting terrorism and revoke tax-exempt status without due process, an easily abusable power that chills First Amendment activities. Urged Congress to oppose a bill known in the 118th Congress as H.R. 6408, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate the tax-exempt status of terrorist supporting organizations, which would allow political appointees to baselessly accuse civil society organizations of supporting terrorism and revoke tax-exempt status without due process, an abusable power that chills First Amendment activities. Oppose the Ways & Means markup of H.R. 1 cuts to clean energy tax incentives. Urged Congress to oppose H.R. 8314, the No Foreign Election Interference Act, an overbroad bill that would create chilling effects on First Amendment activities without effectively preventing foreign interference in elections.
