Advocated for an immigration system which enables businesses to attract, retain, and develop foreign talent with skills that enable their businesses to grow and thrive which includes: expanding the availability of visas for highly skilled workers (L-1, H-1B) and temporary workers (H-2B) as well as their spouses and dependents. Lobbied for the Departments of Homeland Security and Labor to exercise their authority to issue supplemental H-2B visas in a timely manner.

Advocated for the SECURE Notarization Act (H.R. 1777) to allow a notary public commissioned under state law to remotely notarize electronic records and for states to recognize notarizations performed under the laws of other states.
