PUMP Technical Correction Act

This bill extends the rights and protections of the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections for Nursing Mothers Act (PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act), enacted in 2022, to congressional employees and other legislative branch staff. Under the act, a covered employee must be provided with break time and private space for expressing breast milk during work hours.
