Clean Air, Healthy Kids Act

This bill nullifies the Executive Order entitled "Promoting Energy Independence and Economic Growth" that was signed on March 28, 2017. No federal funds may be used to implement or enforce the order.

This bill may not be construed to impair any authority granted to the President.

The bill takes effect on March 28, 2017.
