Congressional Leadership In Mitigating Administration Threats to the Earth Act or the CLIMATE Act

This bill nullifies the Executive Order entitled "Promoting Energy Independence and Economic Growth" that was released on March 28, 2017. No federal funds may be used to implement or enforce the order. The bill takes effect on March 28, 2017.
