Protecting Girls' Access to Education in Vulnerable Settings Act

This bill authorizes the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to prioritize programs that protect displaced children, particularly displaced girls. The State Department and USAID may coordinate their efforts with multilateral organizations such as the World Bank, the private sector, and civil society organizations.

Such programs include those that (1) provide safe primary and secondary education for displaced children; (2) build capacity in countries hosting displaced people to prevent educational discrimination against such children, especially girls; and (3) increase such children's access to educational, economic, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
