Savings Account for Every American Act of 2018

This bill provides for the establishment of tax-exempt savings accounts, which individuals may elect to participate in instead of Social Security. The bill requires (1) employers to maintain payroll deduction programs for the accounts, and (2) employees and employers to make specified contributions to the accounts.
