Section 7 of the LD-2 names foreign entities that own part of the client, pay toward the lobbying, or have an interest in its outcome. Appearing here is a required disclosure, not an allegation. The filings these entities appear on report $0 of lobbying income and expenses between them, which is the whole spend of those filings and not a figure attributed to Egypt. Amended filings are excluded from that money. Ownership and contribution are shown only where the filer entered a figure above zero.
