Pipeline and energy infrastructure cybersecurity, including TSA security directives, and Enhancing Surface Cyber Risk Management Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (89 FR 88488-88592).
Pipeline Safety. Implementation of The Protecting Our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety Act of 2020 (Division R of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (PL 116-260)). Proposals to address idled pipelines, including the pending Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Pipeline Operational Status.
