Maintain support for, funding, and strong implementation, and funding, of various agriculture energy programs at USDA, generally, with special focus on the programs referred to as "New Era," "PACE," and "REAP." The 1st two programs were authorized and enacted within PL 117-169, REAP was in that legislation but is also part of the underlying farm bill, PL 115-661.
