Monitor for funding opportunities for capital improvements at Cecil Airport, including by the Defense Community Infrastructure Grant Program (DCIP). Identify additional sources of funding for Cecil Airport airside improvements, including by the Department of Defense. Advocate for funding support for JAX Taxiway Foxtrot Rehabilitation and Extension as a (2026) Community Project (CPF) grant. Monitor FAA policy developments and all legislation, including the pending budget reconciliation bills, which impact upon U.S. airport operations.
