Clean Air and Water (quality)

Support the BEACH Act (Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health Act of 2025- HR 583, S 508) to provide for water quality testing at coastal and Great Lakes beaches. Advocated for legislation to stop the dumping and spilling of plastic pellets into waterways.

Budget/Appropriations

Support full funding for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund in FY26 appropriations. Support continued funding of the Wildlife Crossings Pilot Program in FY26 appropriations. Support $3M in funding for the Monarch and Pollinator Highway Program in FY25 and FY26 appropriations.

Natural Resources

Oppose the Fix Our Forests Act (HR 471) which would open up national forests to more industrial-scale logging and fire risks while blocking public and environmental oversight. Support the Wildlife Movement Through Partnerships Act (HR 717).
