Support in general energy title programs of the farm bill, PL 115-334. Focus on 3 "core" program within title, "REAP," "Biopreferred" and the Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical and Biobased Products Program. Advocate for effective implementation at USDA, as well as full appropriations. Also support lifting the funding freeze for REAP, and express concerns regarding staffing, loss thereof, potentially impacting effective program support for farmers, rural small businesses and rural communities.
