Support a waiver by EPA to enable year-round E15 in gasoline. Also, back related legislation sponsored by Senators Fischer and Duckworth, S. 593, the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act of 2025, and the House companion bill, H.R. 1346, sponsored by Representatives A. Smith and Craig. Support the Producer and Agricultural Credit Enhancement Act of 2025, S. 899, sponsored by Senators Hoeven and Klobuchar, and the House companion bill, H.R. 1991, sponsored by Reps. Finstad and Craig. Back efforts to ensure the Trump Administration highlights the use of sound science in the evaluation and review of pesticides important to farmers. Urge Congress to pass the "Agricultural Labeling Uniformity Act." Continue support of the House Farm Bill, H.R. 7567, and back the Farmer Bridge Assistance program at USDA and potential legislation and administrative action expanding this assistance. Promote legislative language to expand the Farm Storage Facility Loan program to include fertilizer storage.
