Draft Legislation to reauthorize the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 through 2035- Draft legislation to cleanly reauthorize (legislative changes) the current statute for 10 more years. This law, and the DHS programs it underpins, is the basis for public-private cyberthreat information sharing and related legal, regulatory, and public disclosure protections that protect private sector engagement. Draft Cybersecurity Regulatory Harmonization Legislation - Codify processes to streamline multi-agency cybersecurity regulatory, incident reporting, and cyber threat data sharing into a simpler overall regime with limited multi-agency requirements. Draft Pipeline Security Act - Codifies TSA pipeline cybersecurity activities and develops a personnel strategy to ensure TSA has qualified staff. Draft Streamlining Federal Cybersecurity Regulations Act - To harmonize conflicting industry cybersecurity requirements between multiple agencies. (Staff Discussion Draft) Preventing Attacks and Physical Threats to Pipeline Infrastructure - Any impact on natural gas utility infrastructure.
