Preserving Medicaid funding in H.R. 1 budget reconciliation bill, support for the HCBS Relief Act (S.2076/H.R. 4028) providing a 10 percentage point FMAP increase for Home and Community-Based Services, support for the HEADS UP Act (H.R. 3409) designating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a Medically Underserved Population. Support for the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Buy-in Act (H.R. 1598) remove the age limit for Medicaid buy-in programs, allowing working adults with disabilities who are 65 and older to also purchase Medicaid coverage.
