STATES 2.0 Act (HR 2934): Issues related state cannabis laws and provisions to enable interstate commerce. PREPARE Act (HR 2935): Issues related to the establishment of a federal commission to design a pathway for full federal cannabis regulation. Evidence-Based Drug Policy Act (HR 3082): Issues related to the authorization of federal agencies to study cannabis legalization and stops requiring the Drug Czar to oppose reform efforts. MORE Act (HR 5068): Issues related to the removal of cannabis from the Controlled Substances Act, expunging certain past convictions, and reinvesting in communities disproportionately harmed by prohibition. Freedom to Heal Act (S. 3346): Issues related to the creation of a special registration process for qualified physicians to directly administer eligible investigational drugs.

Veterans Cannabis Use for Safe Healing Act (HR 966): Issues related to the denial of VA benefits to veterans enrolled in state-approved medical cannabis programs and requiring VA providers to discuss and document cannabis use and adjust treatment. Veterans Equal Access Act (HR 1384): Issues related to the authorization of the VA to offer veterans recommendations and opinions regarding participation in their state's respective cannabis programs. Innovative Therapies Centers of Excellence Act of 2025 (HR 2623): Issues related to the designation of at least five VA medical facilities as Innovative Therapies Centers of Excellence.
