HR 1 One Big Beautiful Bill Act Issues related to tax reform, college and university endowments, the net investment income tax, unrelated business income tax issues, taxation of scholarships and fellowships, expansion and simplification of the tuition tax credits and philanthropy, including charitable giving.

HR 3838 / S 2296National Defense Authorization Act, 2026 Funding and policy issues related to DOD S&T programs including F&A; research security, including for international collaborations and affiliations, and investments; health; targeted initiatives for scientific research, including artificial intelligence and quantum science; and national security workforce.

Issues related to agency organization, program prioritization, peer review, and funding allocations, including changes to F&A and grant-making processes.
