21st Century ROAD to Housing Act - Support bill that includes dozens of provisions aimed at increasing housing supply and bringing down costs. Support ROAD to Housing Act of 2025 (S.2621) - this package aimed at increasing housing supply and improving affordability and access to housing.

Defense

- FY27 Defense Appropriations - Support vital research for the Aluminum Castings Performance Initiative (ACPI) at $10 million, as aluminum castings are foundational to our national defense and utilized in aircraft, landing gear, naval propulsion systems, armored vehicle structures, and much more.

Trade (domestic/foreign)

- Fighting Trade Cheats Act of 2025 (H.R. 1284) - Support bill which aims to strengthen enforcement of U.S. customs laws and deter trade fraud, particularly concerning customs violations and unfair trade practices. - Leveling the Playing Field Act 2.0 (H.R.1548/S.691/) - Support bill that updates U.S. trade remedy law to combat Chinas anti-free market trade practices. - Protecting American Industry & Labor from International Trade Crimes Act (H.R. 1869) - Support bill which sets up a structure to criminally prosecute serious trade crimes. - Tariffs and Section 232 - Steel and Aluminum tariffs - highlighted dumping and transshipment issues related to iron castings.

FY27 Interior-EPA Appropriations - Ensure Robust Funding for Critical Water Infrastructure Programs - Reauthorize and maintain at or above current funding levels through FY2031 for: - Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs); Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA); Grant programs that support small and disadvantaged communities;Lead service line replacements; Reduction of lead in drinking water and the removal of emerging contaminants programs; and Maintain Buy America preferences for iron, steel, and manufactured products, as well as improving and tightening waiver processes. H.R. 6398, the Reducing and Eliminating Duplicative Environmental Regulations Act - Support The RED Tape Act would eliminate the mandate that the Environmental Protection Agency review a project already subject to environmental review under the National Environmental Policy Act. H.R. 6409, the Foreign Emissions and Nonattainment Clarification for Economic Stability Act - Support The FENCES Act would protect manufacturing investment here in the United States by preventing emissions from outside the US from being used in calculations that determine the issuance of a permit. Rebalance Regulations that are driving up costs and undermining manufacturing competitiveness including need to revise the Environmental Protection Agencys PM2.5. Prove It Act of 2025 - H.R.1163/ S. 495 - Support bill to ease regulatory burden on small manufacturers by requiring agencies to evaluate impact on and consider input from small businesses throughout the regulation process. Promoting Efficient Review for Modern Infrastructure Today (PERMIT) Act, H.R.3898 - Support modernization of regulatory authorities under the Clean Water Act-reforms that are critical to metalcasters ability to build and expand.

Manufacturing

- Support Standardizing Permitting and Expediting Economic Development (SPEED) Act (HR 4746) - would limit the scope of permitting reviews and restrain legal challenges for projects under the National Environmental Policy Act - eliminates costly delays that plague the current permitting process. - Support Developing Overseas Mineral Investments and New Allied Networks for Critical Energies Act, or DOMINANCE Act ,H.R.7037, which would create new offices and high-level positions to boost mineral diplomacy and counter Chinas supply chain dominance. Directs U.S. to work with allies and partners to fortify supply chains and boost domestic production of critical minerals.

Transportation

Reauthorization of the Surface Transportation Bill - Support robust investment levels for federal infrastructure, enhancing project delivery, improving operations and maintenance, as well as developing long-term solutions for Highway Trust Fund solvency
