HR 539 Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act: Bill would allow Medicare beneficiaries to access all Medicare-covered services allowed under a chiropractor's state licensure. S 106 Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act: Bill would allow Medicare beneficiaries to access all Medicare-covered services allowed under a chiropractor's state licensure. HR 879 Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act: Bill stops the entirety of the current reimbursement reduction and helps account for rising inflationary costs with a two percent payment increase. HR 1968 Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025. Lobbied to have HR 539 (above) included in bill. HR 4204 Medicare Patient Choice Act: Allows Medicare beneficiaries to choose their physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and chiropractors. HR 8163 Provider Reimbursement Stability Act: modernizes and updates the underlying mechanics of the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) to improve stability for physicians and their patients.
Lobbied for full implementation of Sec. 2706 of the Public Health Service Act that would create fair and equitable coverage of services provided by doctors of chiropractic in private and ERISA-covered health plans. Lobbied for full access to chiropractic services in Medicare and other federal programs. Lobbied for full funding of health research grants under jurisdiction of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

H.R. 3951: Rural Veterans Improved Access to Benefits Act of 2025. Legislation permanently allows VA providers to perform cross-state disability exams and expands the pool of providers eligible to perform disability exams to include all licensed health care professionals. Lobbied for improved reimbursement policies implemented by TriWest.
