● Inform Client on nominations for USCG safety advisory committee; assist Client to engage with Hill staff and USCG to address approval of satellite-based communications for improved safety purposes; inform Client on USCG bulletins during the government shut down, and on USCG provisions in the 2025 NDAA

Immigration

● Assist Client to prepare to engage Hill staff on H2B visa issues

Trade (domestic/foreign)

● Provide Client with research on Caribbean Trade Agreements; information on NOAAs EU trade developments; and on new Switzerland trade agreement
