Monitor and review legislation, programs and proposals related to economic development incentive opportunities with the USDA for client properties.

Monitor and review legislation, programs and proposals related to economic development opportunities with possible changes and recessions in provisions of legislation passed in the Inflation Reduction Act and CHIPS Act.

Monitor and review the Administration's proposals related to new tariff implementation, expansion, reform and possible adjustment/repeal of the new tariffs. Additionally, monitor and review proposed legislation to require Congressional approval of new tariffs.
