Taxation/Internal Revenue Code

Tracked fourth-quarter implementation of H.R. 1, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, as it relates to water infrastructure financing and agency execution of tax-related water provisions. Responded to Congressional staff inquiries regarding implementation impacts on western water agencies.

Agriculture
