Implementation of the Javits-Wagner ODay Act (P.L. 92-28); Implementation of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (P.L. 75-718); and Implementation of numerous presidential actions since January 20th, 2025. A bill not yet introduced to amend the Javits-Wagner ODay Act (P.L. 92-28).
