Appropriate staffing levels for Department of Education; student financial aid funding including the Pell Grant, Federal Work Study program, and the Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) program.

Enhance communication training of DoD researchers and increase science research partnerships between Stony Brook University and DoD.
