Discussions with / outreach to (and/or preparation for such outreach) Congressional offices and HHS officials re: potential avenues to increase GLP-1 access as a method of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and other potential strategies for increasing innovation and the development of improved addiction medicines; FDA reforms including modernized endpoints for SUD (including support letters and FY26 appropriations language: Ag-FDA S.2256, H.R. 4121); potential legislation to create a SUD PRV to increase development of and access to new SUD medicines. Support for the FDA Commissioners announced national PRV.
