Reduce Regulatory Spending by passing the REINS Act by Rep, Cammack (HR 3058 - Reclaim the Reins Act). Legislation would require Congress approve major federal rules with an annual economic impact of over $100 million. Sunset Review would require major rules, those with a cost of $100 million or more, to be reauthorized by Congress or terminated every ten years.
