Highlight the company's sustainability commitments and global supply chain, including efforts to improve residential recycling programs and responsible supply chain; engage with Congress on plastics and recycling bills, including H.R.4109, the Recycling and Composting Accountability Act; H.R. 7502, to prohibit a person from making a misleading recycled content claim in advertising, marketing, selling, or offering for sale a product to a consumer, and for other purposes; and H.R. 6832, the PACK Act. Monitor EPA activity related to recycling programs and regulations.
Monitor transportation and infrastructure policy proposals.
Monitor the Farm Bill reauthorization process and educate Members on PepsiCo's priorities. Monitor discussions related to climate-smart agriculture, conservation, and rural development. Monitor agriculture-related provisions in H.R.7567, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026, and educate Members on PepsiCo's priorities, including on conservation and federal feeding programs.
