Support creating an inflationary adjustment to reimbursement under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, including H.R. 879, Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act; Support continued and expanded access to care provided via telemedicine for Medicare beneficiaries; support continued coverage of Medicaid eligible populations; oppose reductions to Medicaid enrollment contained within Reconciliation legislation; enhance access to value-based care opportunities for specialty providers, including the implementation of the Acute Unscheduled Care Model (AUCM); support extension of the GPCI floor.
