SAC); student access to essential basic needs, including food, housing, transportation, childcare and digital learning tools, mental health counseling and social support services; adequate Pell Grant funding, including Short Term Pell Grants; full funding for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE); policies that protects student privacy, expand AI literacy and workforce readiness, faculty training and access to emerging technologies; the Strengthening Institutions Program; the Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program; and Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grants.
