Promote solar policy generally at the Federal level, for small solar and storage businesses, and more specifically continuation of the vitally important investment tax credits, sections 48E, 25D, in the tax code (as extended in PL 117-169), in upcoming budget reconciliation negotiations, as well as strong solar policy at DOE and the Solar office/program, and USDA REAP program (from the farm bill, PL 115-334). Full or robust funding of programs supporting solar, including REAP.
