HR 661 - MIRACLE Medical Technology Act of 2025 All provisions This bill requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Secretary of Commerce, the Council for Technology and Innovation of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, to carry out a program to facilitate and coordinate efforts between the United States and Israel to expand and enhance collaboration on the development and delivery of health care products and services. H.R. 764/S. 280 - Global Health, Empowerment and Rights Act All provisions This bill prohibits determining ineligibility of foreign nongovernmental organizations to receive assistance solely on the basis of health or medical services, including counseling and referral services, provided by such organizations with non-United States Government funds if such services do not violate the laws of the country in which they are being provided. H.R. 23- Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act All provisions This bill imposes sanctions against foreign persons (individuals and entities) who assist the International Criminal Court (ICC) in investigating, arresting, detaining, or prosecuting certain individuals. S. 250 - Protecting Life in Foreign Assistance Act All provisions This bill aims to restrict the availability of Federal funds to organizations associated with the abortion industry. H.R. 2439 - Support UNFPA Funding Act All provisions This bill aims to restore U.S. funding and support for the United Nations Population Fund to provide access to sexual and reproductive health services to women in over 150 countries across the world.

H.R. 629 - Ending Chemical Abortions Act of 2025 All provisions This bill will amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit chemical abortions by subjecting those who prescribe, dispense, distributes or sell, any drug, medication, or chemical for the purpose of procuring or performing an abortion on any woman, to imprisonment for 25 years, fines, or both. H.R. 1670 - Family Building FEHB Fairness Act All provisions This bill adds a requirement for Federal employee health benefit plans to include assisted reproductive treatment benefits. H.R. 682 - Heartbeat Protection Act of 2025 All provisions This bill will amend title 18, United States Code, to criminalize abortion in cases where a fetal heartbeat is detectable with the possibility of fines or imprisonment for five years or both. H.R. 1878 - IVF Access and Affordability Act All provisions This bill introduces a tax credit for fertility treatments, capping at $20,000 annually, with provisions for joint filers, income-based reductions, and a five-year carryforward for unused credits, effective for taxable years post-enactment. H.R. 722 - Life at Conception Act All provisions This bill will implement equal protection under the 14th article of amendment to the Constitution for the right to life of each born and preborn human person. H.R. 7/S. 186 - No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025 All provisions This bill modifies provisions relating to federal funding for, and health insurance coverage of, abortions. H.R. 795 - Pregnancy Is Not an Illness Act of 2025 All provisions This bill, if enacted, will prohibit the Department of Health and Human Services from treating pregnancy as an illness for purposes of approving abortion drugs. H.R. 632/S. 207 - Protecting Life on College Campus Act of 2025 All provisions This bill prohibits the award of federal funds to an institution of higher education (IHE) that hosts or is affiliated with a school-based service site that provides abortion drugs or abortions to its students or to employees of the IHE or the site. An IHE that hosts or is affiliated with a site must, in order to remain eligible for federal funds, annually certify that the site does not provide abortion drugs or abortions to students or employees. H.R. 999/ S. 422 - Right to Contraception Act All provisions This bill would safeguard Americans right to access all forms of birth control and protect against federal and state efforts to restrict it. H.R. 685 - SAVE Moms and Babies Act of 2025 All provisions This bill prohibits the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from approving any new drug (either as a brand-name drug or a generic) intended to terminate a pregnancy and imposes additional restrictions on such drugs that are already approved.
