Project funding was for the City of Waco Flat Creek water reuse plant which was listed in the Committee Report at H. Rept. 119-215. This Appropriations bill was part of the minibus package of funding that was passed by the Congress using HR6938 as a vehicle to pass the legislation that was signed into law by President Trump.
