Lobbying in support of legislation to improve veteran health care and benefit services for wounded, ill, and injured veterans including: S. 800 (Precision Brain Health Research Act) to improve biomarker research related to low-level blast exposure; H.R. 2102/S. 1032 (Major Richard Star Act) to allow concurrent receipt of VA and DoD benefits for veterans with combat-related injuries and medical retirement; H.R. 2148/S. 879 (Veteran Caregiver Reeducation, Reemployment, and Retirement Act) to assist caregivers with employment, training, and retirement goals; H.R. 530/S. 201 (ACES Act) to improve toxic exposure research related to the military aviator community; H.R. 668/S. 506 (Coordinating Care for Senior Veterans and Wounded Warriors Act) to establish a pilot care to improve care coordination for veterans eligible for VA care and Medicare; H.R. 740/S. 275 (Veterans ACCESS Act) to improve access to VA mental health residential rehabilitation treatment programs; H.R. 219 (Improving Menopause Care for Veterans Act) and H.R. 2717 (Servicewomen and Veterans Menopause Research Act) to study and improve VA menopause care; H.R. 438 (PFC Joseph P.
