Monitor and support of water sector PFAS CERCLA liability protection legislation, H.R. 1267. Monitor status of PFAS/biosolids risk assessment model development. Monitor House and Senate congressional hearings and briefing into CERCLA liability of passive receivers related to PFAS cleanups.
Monitor rulemaking related to drinking water PFAS Maximum Contaminant Level and effluent limitation guidelines for PFAS discharges.
Implementation of FEMA grant assistance award related to mitigation of dam structural deficiency. Support release of awarded disaster grant assistance to restore dam integrity.
Support of legislation to address water quality improvements as part of water settlement agreement to expand application to include water quality impacted by chemical contamination and other impacts, H.R. 5682
