Fund the Airport Improvement Program at authorized level and direct 50 percent of AIP supplemental discretionary grants go to nonprimary nonhub and small hub airports; fund the AAM Infrastructure Pilot Program, PFAS Reimbursement Grant Program, Essential Air Service and Small Community Air Service Development programs, Drone Infrastructure and Inspection Grant Program, and Airport Cooperative Research Program; authorizing funding to participating Block Grant States to administer federal grants under the FAA's State Block Grant Program; and stable and consistent funding for the Federal Aviation Administration's activities and air traffic control modernization efforts
