Monitor EPA activity related to recycling programs and regulations.

Monitor the Farm Bill reauthorization process and educate Members on PepsiCo's priorities. Monitor discussions related to climate-smart agriculture, conservation, and rural development. Monitor agriculture-related provisions in H.R.7567, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026, and educate Members on PepsiCo's priorities, including on conservation and federal feeding programs.
