Seeking federal funding in FY2027Transportation and HUD Appropriations bills for Las Olas Mobility Streetscape Improvement Project (Western Corridor), NE 1st St. Bridge Replacement Project, and Riverside Park Traffic Calming and Mobility Improvements Project, and to maintain Surface Transportation Block Grant, and Community Development Block Grant programs; and in FY2027 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations bills for Community Violence Interruption Program, and to maintain the Byrne Justice and COPS programs; and in FY2027 Interior and Environment Appropriations bills for SRF for water and wastewater infrastructure; and in FY2027 Homeland Security Appropriations bills for high water emergency response vehicles, and to maintain FEMA disaster assistance and UASI funding.
Support for H.R. 6644, 21st Century Road to Housing Act, and for programs that address homelessness and affordable housing, including HOPWA.
Monitoring for appropriate definition and implementation of Waters of the U.S. rule, and federal assistance for repair and replacement of water infrastructure.

Support for Las Olas Boulevard BUILD grant application. Also, federal funding availabilities for new river rail crossing.
