Lobbied against various provisions pertaining to provider taxes, coverage changes, community engagement requirements that would have a detrimental impact to healthcare in Florida contained within the OBBBA. This includes provisions that reduce retroactive coverage and coverage for legally present individuals.
Advocated against proposals to cut Medicaid access and/or reimbursement. Advocated for extension of the APTCs to ensure Americans have access to health coverage. Advocated for continued support of the 340B drug pricing program.
Advocated for protection of the existing 340B drug pricing program.
