Promote solar policy generally at the Federal level, particularly for small solar (mostly rooftop) and storage businesses, and more specifically continuation of the vitally important investment tax credits (ITCs), sections 48E, 25D, in the tax code (as extended in PL 117-169), in budget reconciliation negotiations, for a fair "phase down" in HR 1, or "OBBBA" as well as strong solar policy at DOE and the Solar office/program or related agencies, and support the USDA REAP program (from the farm bill, PL 115-334).
