Support H.R.929/S.266, Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Reauthorization Act, to reauthorize programs created by the act designed to improve access to behavior health services for clinicians. Support H.R.4710/S.2420, No Surprises Act Enforcement Act, which would protect patients from illegal balance bills and maintain access to care by closing loopholes in enforcement of the No Surprises Act. Support oversight, investigations, and application of penalties related to plan and issuer noncompliance with patient protection and timely payment provisions of the No Surprises Act.
