Work on hospital payment matters, including Rural Health Transformation funding and Medicaid provider tax provisions as passed under HR 1, the Working Families Tax Cut Act. Also, work on Medicare Advantage and value-based care models, including HR 3467.
Work on medical research funding, telehealth and extension of advanced premium tax credits. In addition, monitor price reporting proposals including H.R. 9393, the "Lower Costs, More Transparency Act of 2026."
Monitor implementation of federal health provisions passed earlier under H.R.7148, the "Consolidated Appropriations Act of FY 2026."
Work on reporting requirements proposed under H.R. 9504, the "Tax-Exempt Hospital Transparency Act."
