Advocated for policies that increase housing inventory, Road to Housing Act, H.R. 6644, and short term employer sponsored employee relocation home sale programs, the SECURE Notarization Act (H.R. 1777, S. 1561) to allow a notary public commissioned under state law to remotely notarize electronic records and for states to recognize notarizations performed under the laws of other states.

Advocated on the reinstatement of the moving expense tax deduction and exclusion to facilitate the relocation of employees.

Issues related to the US supply chain and cross border workforce mobility including the transport of the personal household goods of transferees toinclude trade practices and modernizing the following non-reciprocal trade agreements: USMCA; Singapore-US; and Chile-US.

Advocated for an employment-based immigration system which enables businesses to attract, retain, and develop foreign talent with skills that enable their businesses to grow and thrive, expanding the availability of visas for highly skilled workers (L-1, H-1B) and temporary workers (H-2B) as well as their spouses and dependents, the Dignity Act, H.R. 4393, issues surrounding H-2B cap relief; visa processing and enhancing consular resources to facilitate timely visa issuance.
