H.Res. 70, resolution expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that Congress should ensure that the U.S. Postal Service is not privatized and remains an independent establishment of the federal government. S.Res.147, resolution expresses the sense of the Senate that Congress should ensure that the U.S. Postal Service is not privatized and remains an independent establishment of the federal government. H.R. 1065/S. 463, Letter Carriers Protect Act, legislation to protect U.S. Postal Service employees who deliver mail. H.R. 1559, legislation to provide equity for all EAS-level postal employees by enabling them to appeal adverse personnel decisions to the Merit System Protection Board.
